What you need to do
- Go to sign in with your email address.
- When you get asked for your password, select Forgotten my password.
You will then have to complete a verification process. Start by entering your email address, then choose how you want to receive a verification code:
- by text message to your phone number
- by phone call to your phone number
- by phone call to your office phone number
- from your authenticator app.
After you get your code, you can complete the verification process and choose a new password.
After completing the reset process, you can sign in with your new password.
If you cannot reset your password
You can either:
- read the IT guidance about changing your password
- visit the Digital Hub team in-person at Penryn, Streatham or St Luke's. You must bring photo identification, this can include your UniCard.
