You have two options to get your authenticator reset:

  1. Visit the Digital Hub team in person at Penryn, Streatham or St Luke's. You must bring photo identification, this can include your UniCard.
  2. Call the IT Service Desk on 01392 725 050. Opening hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
